Deltin Casinos

  • The permissible age for entry on the casino floor is 21 years and above. Anyone below the age of 21 years will not be able to avail OTPC (One Time Play Coupons), MPC (Match Play Coupons) or any other coupons.
  • A valid original government photo ID should be carried for verification and the same will have to be furnished upon request. Passport is a must for all international guests visiting and they will have to furnish the same upon request.
  • The rates are subject to change without prior notice.
  • For any online or call centre bookings done for Deltin Casinos post 12.00 AM for a particular day, the entry into the Casino will only be permitted post 09.30AM for that day.
  • The Dress Code is Formal or Smart Casuals. Shorts, sleeveless t –shirts,track pants, flip flops, and slippers are not permitted.
  • Safeguarding of baggage would incur extra charges
  • Security procedures, including frisking remain the right of the Management.
  • No dangerous or potentially hazardous objects including but not limited to weapons, knives, guns, fireworks, helmets, laser devices, bottles, musical instruments will be allowed onboard.
  • The availability of feeder boats is subject to weather & sea conditions. Management reserves the right to delay feeder boat service without prior notice in the best interest of the guest’s safety & comfort.
  • Photography and Videography are not allowed on any casino floors.
  • Kid’s room is subject to availability on a first come, first serve basis. Management’s decision on this shall remain final.
  • Kids below the age of 6 years must be accompanied by an adult female guardian in the kid’s room.
  • Gents (Adults) are strictly not allowed in the kid’s room.
  • People in an inebriated state will not be allowed entry onboard or into any “Deltin Casinos”.
  • Management reserves the right to stop serving alcoholic beverages; to guests they believe are in an inebriated state.
  • People found in an inebriated state onboard or at any “Deltin Casinos” will be asked to leave the premises. Damages and cleaning charges will be claimed if any.
  • Management also reserves the right to remove individuals from “Deltin Casinos” in case of unruly or disruptive behavior.
  • Management reserves the right to close any open deck or any other area due to unfavorable weather conditions or private bookings.
  • No refund will be processed in case of unavailability of any open deck due to private function, weather conditions or any untoward situation.
  • Debit and Credit cards used for transaction at the casinos should have the name of the cardholder and should be supported by an original government issued identity proof.
  • Cards belonging to joint account holders and companies will not be accepted.
  • International cards are not accepted.
  • Smoking is permitted onboard, only in designated areas.

Liability Clause:

Set forth below are the terms and conditions by Delta Corp Ltd (the "Company") of the guest ticket contract (the "Ticket") governing the carriage of guests, baggage and articles thereof undertaken by the Company , Acceptance or use of the Ticket shall constitute the agreement of the guest to these terms and conditions. The term "Guest" shall include but is not limited to any person purchasing the ticket on the date and Vessel indicated on the relevant document, accepting or using this Ticket, on behalf of themselves or others in their care

  • The liability of the Company in the event of death or bodily injury suffered by a Guest shall be governed solely by the Insurance Policies as taken by the Company and shall never exceed the limitation of liability to which the Company is entitled under the applicable law. No undertaking, guarantee or warranty is given or shall be implied as to seaworthiness, fitness, or condition of the Vessel or any food, drink, medicine, or provisions supplied on board the Vessel. In no event shall the Company be liable for any incident arising outside the Guest areas of the Vessel or the Vessel itself, including, but not limited to those occurring ashore on tenders not owned by the Vessel, on or resulting from equipment not a part of the Vessel, or upon docks or piers.
  • The Guest hereby release the Company from any and all liability for any loss of life, injury or damages which is proximately caused by pregnancy, a pre- existing sickness, disease , infirmity disability or illness, whether mental, physical or otherwise of the Guest.
  • The Company shall be entitled at any time to cancel or to ceaseoperations by reason of an event of force majeure, which shall include (without limitation) war or threat of war, terrorist activity or the threat of the same, riots, civil commotion, disaster, act of God, natural and nuclear disaster, fire, closure of ports, strikes or other industrial action, medical emergency at sea, lawful deviation at sea in response to a distress call or other emergency, and any other event outside its reasonable control.
  • The Company shall be entitled at any time, without giving any reasons, to refuse passage to any Guest, whom it considers unfit to travel or a nuisance or likely to cause mischief by reasons of over consumption of alcohol or drugs or likely to inconvenience, endanger or impair the health, safety or reasonable comfort of any person on board or likely to endanger or impair safety of the Vessel.
  • If at any stage it is found that the Vessel with the booked load of Guests is overloaded, the Company will have the right to decide which Guests shall be offloaded and such decision of the Company shall be binding and final.
  • The ticket for Entry issued by the Company shall be subject to the existing rules of cancellation made by the Company.
  • The Management reserves the right to disembark any guest at its sole discretion for valid reasons.
  • The guest represents and warrants that he is fit to proceed, not in any way a nuisance and that his conduct will not in any way cause any mischief or inconvenience, endanger or impair the health, safety or reasonable comfort of any person or persons whether on board or not, or endanger or impair the safety of the vessel
  • The Guest shall be liable to and shall reimburse the Company for all damages to the Vessel caused directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, by any act or omission of the Guest, whether willful or negligent. The Guest shall further indemnify the Company against all liability whatsoever arising from any personal injury, death or damage or loss whatsoever caused directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, by any willful or negligent act or omission on the part of the Guest.
  • The Guest is subject to mandatory security check and agrees and hereby consents to a reasonable search and security check being made of the Passenger's person and Property whether physically, by way of screening, scanning or otherwise and to the sequestration of any Property, which may, in the opinion of the Company and/or any officer on board the Vessel, likely in any way to inconvenience, endanger or impair the health, safety or reasonable comfort of any person or persons whether on board or not, or endanger or impair the safety of the Vessel.
  • Guests are expected at all times to conduct themselves in a proper manner and with due regard to the health, safety, comfort, enjoyment and general well-being of all persons both on board the Vessel and involved in the provision of any service or facility forming part of the Cruise.
  • The Guest must not carry as baggage, or bring on board the Vessel, compressed gases, corrosives, explosives, munitions, fireworks, inflammable article or substance of any kind, weapons, scissors, sharp instruments, radioactive materials, oxidizing materials, poisonous substances, magnetized materials and any other dangerous articles as may be deemed by the Company ("Prohibited Articles"). The Guest shall be liable for all penalties imposed by statute and for all damages and losses sustained whether by the Company, the Vessel, or any person or Property or otherwise by reason or in consequence of any Prohibited Articles being brought or carried on board the Vessel.
  • The Guests are instructed not to accept any packets/packages from unknown Guests/persons and are further instructed not to abandon baggage/articles in the premises of the Vessel. Unattended baggage/articles may be removed by the personnel as object of suspicion.
  • Any claim for the loss of life or injury or loss of or damage to property of the Guests shall be notified to the Company in writing ("Notice of Claim") within thirty (30) days from the date when the loss of life or injury occurred or as soon as the loss or damage to the property of the Passenger is discovered. The Notice of Claim shall be served on the Company at Delta Centre, H. No. 850, Off NH17, Porvorim, Goa.
  • All disputes arising out of this Ticket shall be subject to jurisdiction of courts in the State of Goa only.
  • This Ticket shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

OTPC Terms and Conditions

  • OTPC is for One Time Use only, and can be played on non commission live games which offer even payments (1to1).
  • OTPC cannot be played on opposite betting areas simultaneously.
  • For example – Simultaneous bets on Red & Black/Even & Odd in Roulette.
  • OTPC cannot be played on Slot Machines, Poker and Indian Flush (Teen Patti).
  • OTPC can only be played once & regardless of the outcome of the game, will be taken by the dealer except when it is Push or Tie on relevant games.
  • OTPC are non cashable.
  • OTPC will be in denominations of Rs. 500 & cannot be broken down into lower denominations.

It is the responsibility of the User to have read the terms and conditions before using the Service.

MPC Terms and Conditions

  • Payments using the Service may be made by using Card credit, Debit cards, Net Banking, payment wallets and UPI.
  • We are not directly involved in the online payment but through a third party service provider i.e Pay U India Payments Pvt Ltd.
  • Upon completing a transaction using the Service, you will be presented with a confirmation screen verifying the transaction details you wish to process. It is your responsibility to verify that all transaction information and other details are correct.
  • We have no liability for transactions which are incorrect as a result of inaccurate data entry in the course of the use of the Service or for loss of data or information caused by factors beyond Our control.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the payment has been received by Our third party service provider which will have Transaction ID and Pay U ID.
  • Every Payment Made will be Verified by Delta Corp Ltd, Highstreet Cruises and Entertainment Pvt Ltd & Delta Pleasure Cruise Co. Pvt Ltd Using Transaction ID received by customer while executing the payment and separate Transaction receipt will be Generated With Trasaction ID confirming the receipt of Payment.
  • Every Transaction receipt Generated will be Signed by the customer acknowledging the validity of the transaction and receipt of service against the transaction.
  • We do not accept any responsibility for refusal or reversal of payments, which shall be a matter between Customer and credit card or Debit issuer Bank.
  • Cancellation or Refund Will be solely executed as per cacellation and Refund Term mentioned below.

Cancellation Terms

  • If the order is cancelled within a day's time or due to any dispute,refund of your payments will be done by executing Refund receipt at the counter.
  • Refund Receipt will be generated against the transaction and the same will be signed by the customer acknowledging the cancellation of the transaction.
  • No Cacellation claim will be considered valid if Customer does not possess the valid Refund Receipt.
  • Refund will be processed through same mode within 10 working days.

Refunds Terms

  • For every refund Executed will have separate Refund receipt Generated acknowledging the refund from Delta Corp Ltd, Highstreet Cruises and entertainment Pvt Ltd & Delta Pleasure Cruise Co. Pvt Ltd.
  • Once we receive the refund receipt, we will scrutinize and evaluate the transaction. After approval refund will initiated from our end on Pay U Portal and refund will be processed as per the time frame mentioned below.
  • You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. Refunds will be issued to the same payment method which were used at the time of purchase as given below.
