IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Deltin Royale is open 24X7. However, for pre-purchased bookings made through the call centre and website, the check-in time at the boarding point is from 9:00 a.m. to 11:59 p.m.
Deltin Royale is a stationed ship, and the feeder boats transport the guests from our boarding points. We have two boarding points (for check-in): you can board from Fisheries Jetty, Panjim (OPEN 24x7) or Reis Magos Jetty, Nerul (open from 3 p.m. to 4 a.m.). The timing for Reis Magos Jetty may vary and is subject to weather conditions (closed during monsoons).
All packages have the same offerings, differing only in the brands of drinks made available to you at the bar. Therefore, you can choose a package based on your preference for alcohol brands.
When you book online, your booking entitles you to an offer, available once per adult, where a minimum buy-in of ₹1000 gives you ₹1000 cash chips and an additional 1000 OTPC bonus. To redeem, simply visit the Cashier's desk onboard Deltin Royale after check-in.
For men, the dress code is formal or smart casual. Shorts, sleeveless T-shirts, flip-flops, and chappals are not permitted. Women can choose to dress in any appropriate evening wear.
The casino operates 24/7, thereby serving drinks and snacks at gaming tables round the clock to enhance your gaming experience. Orders must be placed from the tables only; direct orders from the bar are not allowed on the gaming floors.
At Vegas Restaurant & Bar, live food counters and bar services begin at 7:00 p.m. Following this, a buffet dinner is served from 8:30 p.m. to 1:00 a.m., and guests can collect drinks from the bar until midnight (with an extension of about 30 minutes on weekends). Throughout this time, guests can enjoy ambient music, followed by live entertainment from 9 p.m. to midnight. You can continue your drinking and snacking experience on the gaming floor once Vegas Restaurant & Bar closes.
Similarly, drinks and snack services are available at Sky Bar (rooftop of Deltin Royale) from 7:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. (with an extension of about 30 minutes on weekends), with music until 10:00 p.m. Children aged 12 and above have access. The sundeck/Sky Bar is closed throughout the monsoon season and due to unfavorable weather.
The children's room opens at 3:30 p.m. and closes at 5:00 a.m. It has a limited capacity and is subject to availability. Moreover, Child and infant entry packages are available in limited quantities.
A kirpan cannot be carried inside Deltin Casinos' premises. Also, backpacks, laptop bags, and bigger-sized bags will not be allowed on board. Guests can use the locker facility at the security desk to deposit their belongings (charges apply).

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Boarding Point: Fisheries Jetty, Fisheries Dept. Building, D. Bandodkar Road, Panaji, Goa 403001.
A valid and original government photo ID should be carried for verification before getting onboard. A passport is a must for all international guests coming to Deltin Royale, and they must present the same upon request.
The dress code in general is formal or smart casual. Shorts, sleeveless T-shirts, flip-flops, and chappals are not permitted.
For online or call centre bookings made post-midnight (after 12:00 a.m.) for the same day, entry into the casino will only be permitted after 3:00 p.m.
Entry will not be allowed onboard or into Deltin Casinos in an inebriated state.
Management reserves the right to remove individuals from Deltin Casinos in cases of unruly or disruptive behavior. The right to admission is reserved with the management.
Backpacks, laptop bags, and bags of larger sizes will not be allowed onboard. If baggage storage is required, charges will be applicable based on bag size. The management's decision shall be final in this regard.
No dangerous or potentially hazardous objects, including but not limited to weapons, knives, guns, fireworks, helmets, laser devices, bottles, or musical instruments, will be allowed onboard Deltin Royale.
A kirpan cannot be carried inside Deltin Casino premises. Guests can use the locker facility at the security counter (charges apply) to secure their belongings.
Upon booking with us, you agree to receive WhatsApp/SMS and email communications. These communications may include details such as your voucher and other essential information.
The availability of feeder boats is subject to weather and sea conditions. Management reserves the right to delay feeder boat service without prior notice in the best interest of guests' safety and comfort.
Deltin provides nonstop feeder boat service to Deltin Royale. Individuals using their own boats to reach the casinos must register for marine clearance seven days in advance. Personal boat clearance depends on marine regulations, weather, and other factors.
The permissible age for entry to the casino floor is 21. Guests under 21 will not be allowed access to the gaming floor.
Children aged 12 and above will be granted access to the Sky Bar.
The children's room is open from 3:30 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. A female guardian must be present with children under the age of 5. Entry to the children's room is on a first-come, first-served basis only and is subject to availability. Management's decision on this shall remain final.
Vegas restaurant & bar starts live counters and refreshments at 7:00 p.m., followed by a buffet until 1:00 a.m. on weekdays (Mon to Thur) and until 2:00 a.m. on weekends (Fri to Sun).
The seating time for a table at our restaurants is a maximum of 90 minutes. There is no table reservation system; it's subject to availability on a first-come, first-served basis.
Drinks as per your package availed can be collected from the bar at the Vegas restaurant from 7:00 p.m. till midnight (12:00 a.m.) on weekdays (Mon to Thur) and until 1:00 a.m. on weekends (Fri to Sun).

Management reserves the right to stop serving alcoholic beverages to guests they believe are inebriated. People in an inebriated state onboard or at any Deltin Casino will be asked to leave the premises, the discretion of which lies with the management. The concerned guest will also be liable to pay a minimum of INR 1,000 to Deltin Casinos for damage and cleaning charges.
Alcohol service is not permitted on days such as Gandhi Jayanti, Election days, or any special days designated as dry days by the government.
Smoking is permitted in designated areas only.
Management reserves the right to close the Sky Bar or any other area due to unfavorable weather conditions or private bookings. Sky Bar/Sundeck will be closed throughout the monsoon season for the safety of the guests. No refund will be processed in the event of the unavailability of any open deck due to a private function, weather conditions, or any other untoward situation.
Photography and videography are prohibited in restricted areas and are subject to the management's decision.
The cardholder's name should be on all debit and credit cards used for transactions at casinos, and the same shall be verified with the guest's authentic, government-issued identity proof that the guest must present at request.
Cards belonging to joint account holders and companies will not be accepted.
International cards are not accepted.

OTPC TERMS AND CONDITIONS

OTPCs are for one-time use only and can be played on non-commission live games that offer even payouts (1:1).
OTPCs cannot be played on opposite betting areas simultaneously. For example, simultaneous bets on Red and Black or Even and Odd in Roulette are not allowed.
OTPCs cannot be used on slot machines, Poker, or Indian Flush (Teen Patti).
OTPCs can only be played once. Regardless of the game's outcome, the dealer will collect the OTPC, except in the case of a Push or Tie in relevant games.
OTPCs are non-cashable.
OTPCs will be issued in denominations of ₹1000 and cannot be broken down into smaller denominations.
Please check with the gaming staff regarding usage limitations before placing your bet.
Games that OTPCs can be played on:- Blackjack: Not valid on Insurance or Pair Bets. Money Wheel: Only on 1:1 bets. Casino War: Only on the initial bet. Maang Patta: Only on Andhar. 7 Up 7 Down: Only on 7 Up. Baccarat: Not valid on optional bets. Roulette: Only on even chances such as 1-18, 19-36, Red, Black, Even, or Odd.

REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

All bookings made through the call centre and website are non-refundable.
Rescheduling or cancelling is prohibited within 24 hours of the scheduled visit date.
A one-time date change is allowed to reschedule the visit for a future date, with an applicable difference amount payable depending on the pricing at the time of revision. Request to be placed 24 hours ahead of the scheduled date of visit
If the pricing for the revised booking is a lesser amount than your original booking, the remainder is not payable to the guest.
Cancellations due to valid medical emergencies are subject to a full refund. However, the same will be addressed after verification of the submitted documents. No cancellations or refunds are allowed for bookings made for blackout dates or at special rates.
