Marketing Consent

By using the Deltin.com and/or registering yourself at https://www.deltin.com/ and any other domain owned by the Company, you authorize Deltin (including its representatives, affiliates, and its business partners) (Deltin/Company) to contact you via email or phone call or sms and offer you our services for the product you have opted for, imparting product knowledge, offer promotional offers running on the Website and offers by its business partners and associated third parties, for which reasons your information may be collected in the manner as detailed under this Policy. You hereby agree that you authorize Deltin.com to contact you for the above mentioned purposes even if you have registered yourself under DND or DNC or NCPR service(s). Deltin will send booking confirmation, itinerary information, cancellation, payment confirmation, refund status, schedule change or any such other information relevant for the transaction or booking made by the User, via SMS, internet-based messaging applications like WhatsApp, voice call, e-mail or any other alternate communication detail provided by the User at the time of booking.

DELTIN may also contact the User through the modes mentioned above for any pending or failed bookings, to know the preference of the User for concluding the booking and also to help the User for the same.

The User hereby unconditionally consents that such communications via SMS, internet-based messaging applications like WhatsApp, voice call, email or any other mode by DELTIN are:

upon the request and authorization of the User;

'transactional' and not an 'unsolicited commercial communication' as per the guidelines of Telecom Regulation Authority of India (TRAI), and

in compliance with the relevant guidelines of TRAI or such other authority in India and abroad.

The User will indemnify DELTIN against all types of losses and damages incurred by DELTIN due to any action taken by TRAI, Access Providers (as per TRAI regulations) or any other authority due to any erroneous complaint raised by the User on DELTIN with respect to the communications mentioned above or due to a wrong number or email id being provided by the User for any reason whatsoever.

Deltin values your privacy. Our privacy policy (“Privacy Policy") applies to all the Personal Data we gather and you share with us when you visit our websites, use our apps and utilize any services provided by Deltin including our loyalty program and live chat options. I. The Types of Personal Data We Collect

  • In case, you share personal data with us which relates to another person to provision a service from us, you are responsible for ensuring the person knows and has consented to us collecting and processing their personal information in accordance with the provision of this privacy policy.


Subject to applicable laws, we may monitor or record your phone conversations for training and customer service purposes, to comply with relevant legal obligations and to make and defend claims. If you visit one of our casinos or any Deltin properties, you may be monitored by closed circuit television for security purposes.

To carry out marketing activities:
We may process your personal data to carry out our marketing campaigns by sending you personalized offers, and newsletters through various channels such as email/WhatsApp/SMS/RCS/push notification or any other channel. We shall send such marketing communication only when you have opted-in or subscribed to receive the same. Please note, where required we may also request for additional information before taking any actions on the requests raised by you. If you are raising a data subject request on behalf of another individual, such requests shall be accompanied by appropriate proof of identity of the requester, details of relationship with the person on whose behalf the request is being made and proof of authority for making such a request. We will not charge you for exercising any rights provided above, unless your request is manifestly unfounded or excessive. Where we are legally permitted to do so, we may refuse your request. If we refuse your request, we will tell you the reasons why within 7 business days.
