• The winning guest will be contacted via phone. If there is no response after two attempts, another draw will be conducted, and the guest will forfeit the prize.
• If a winning guest answers the call but has left the property before the draw, they may claim their reward within 24 hours from the date of coupon issuance.
• Prize Claiming:
  • OTPC winners must re-enter the casino by paying applicable entry fees and can claim their OTPC at the Cash Cage by presenting their coupon copy for verification.
  • The iPhone winner may claim their prize at the Front Office reception desk of any Deltin Casino by presenting their coupon copy for verification.
• Guests must retain the guest copy of the coupon and present it along with valid ID proof for verification.
