IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • Detin Jaqk is open 24X7. However, for pre-purchased bookings made through the call centre & website, the check-in time at the boarding point is from 9:00 a.m. to 11:59 p.m.
  • Deltin Jaqk is a stationed ship, and guests are transported to the ship via feeder boats from our designated boarding points. The check-in boarding point is located in Panjim, which is open 24X7.
  • The OTPC (One-Time Playing Coupon) with a play value of ₹1000 will be handed over at the time of check-in and can be used once on selected games. When you play and win, the coupon is converted into cash chips. Once converted, these cash chips can be used to enjoy all games across the casino and are also encashable. Please refer to the OTPC terms and conditions for complete details.
  • All packages have the same offerings, differing only in the brands of drinks made available to you at the bar. Therefore, you can choose a package based on your personal preference for specific alcohol brands.
  • For men, the dress code is formal or smart casual. Shorts, sleeveless T-shirts, flip-flops, and chappals are not permitted. Women can choose to dress in any appropriate evening attire.
  • The casino operates 24/7, thereby serving drinks and snacks at gaming tables round the clock to enhance your gaming experience. Orders must be placed from the tables only; direct orders from the bar are not allowed on the gaming floors.
  • At Vegas Restaurant & Bar, live food counters and bar services begin at 7:00 p.m. Following this, a buffet dinner is served from 8:30 p.m. to 1:00 a.m., and guests can collect drinks from the bar until midnight (with an extension of about 30 minutes on weekends). Throughout this time, guests can enjoy ambient music, followed by live entertainment from 9:00 p.m. to midnight. You can continue your drinking and snacking experience on the gaming floor once Vegas Restaurant & Bar closes.
  • Similarly, drinks and snack services are available at Sky Bar (rooftop of Deltin Jaqk) from 7:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. (with an extension of about 30 minutes on weekends), with music until 10:00 p.m. Children aged 12 and above have access. The sundeck/Sky Bar is closed throughout the monsoon season and due to unfavorable weather.
  • The children's room is open from 6:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. It has limited capacity and is subject to availability. Additionally, Child & Infant packages are offered in limited quantities. Management's decision regarding access and availability is final.
  • A kirpan cannot be carried inside Deltin Casinos' premises. Also, backpacks, laptop bags, and bigger-sized bags will not be allowed on board. Guests can use the locker facility at the security desk to deposit their belongings (charges apply).
  • Valet parking is available at the Panjim boarding point between 6:30 p.m. and 6:30 a.m., subject to the availability of drivers and parking space. Please note that only private four-wheeler vehicles with permanent registration are accepted. Commercial vehicles, vehicles with soft tops, tinted windows, temporary registration, or yellow number plates will not be accepted for valet services. Valet parking is offered at the vehicle owner's risk. Valet parking is available only for guests with confirmed bookings.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Boarding Point: Noah's Ark, RND Jetty, D. Bandodkar Road, Panaji, Goa 403001.
  • Valet services are available from 6:30 p.m. to 6:30 a.m. and are subject to availability.
  • The legal age for alcohol service is 21 and above.
  • A valid and original government photo ID should be carried for verification before getting onboard. A passport is a must for all international guests coming to Deltin Jaqk, and they must present the same upon request.
  • The dress code is formal or smart casual. Shorts, sleeveless T-shirts, flip-flops, and chappals are not permitted.
  • For online or call centre bookings made post-midnight (after 12:00 a.m.) for the same day, entry into the casino will only be permitted after 9:30 a.m.
  • Entry will not be allowed onboard or into Deltin Casinos in an inebriated state.
  • Management reserves the right to remove individuals from Deltin Casinos in cases of unruly or disruptive behavior. The right to admission is reserved with the management.
  • Backpacks, laptop bags, and bags of larger sizes will not be allowed onboard. If baggage storage is required, charges will be applicable based on bag size. The management's decision shall be final in this regard.
  • No dangerous or potentially hazardous objects, including but not limited to weapons, knives, guns, fireworks, helmets, laser devices, bottles, or musical instruments, will be allowed onboard Deltin Jaqk.
  • A kirpan cannot be carried inside Deltin Casino premises. Guests can use the locker facility at the security counter (charges apply) to secure their belongings.
  • Upon booking with us, you agree to receive WhatsApp/SMS and email communications. These communications may include details such as your voucher and other essential information.
  • The availability of feeder boats is subject to weather and sea conditions. Management reserves the right to delay feeder boat service without prior notice in the best interest of guests' safety and comfort.
  • Deltin provides nonstop feeder boat service to Deltin Jaqk. Individuals using their own boats to reach the casinos must register for marine clearance seven days in advance. Personal boat clearance depends on marine regulations, weather, and other factors.
  • The permissible age for entry to the casino floor is 21. Guests under 21 will not be allowed access to the gaming floor.
  • Children aged 12 and above will be granted access to the Sky Bar.
  • The children's room has limited occupancy and is open subject to availability.
  • Vegas restaurant & bar start live counter and refreshment from 7:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m. on weekdays (Mon to Thur) and 7:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m. on weekends (Fri to Sun).
  • The seating time for a table at our restaurants is a maximum of 90 minutes. There is no table reservation system; it's subject to availability on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Drinks as per your package availed can be collected from the bar at the Vegas restaurant from 7:00 p.m. till midnight (12:00 a.m.) on weekdays (Mon to Thur) and until 1:00 a.m. on weekends (Fri to Sun).
  • Drinks and snacks are served at gaming tables 24X7. However, orders must be placed from the tables only; direct orders from the bar are not allowed on the gaming floors.
  • Management reserves the right to stop serving alcoholic beverages to guests they believe are inebriated. People in an inebriated state onboard or at any Deltin Casino will be asked to leave the premises, the discretion of which lies with the management. The concerned guest will also be liable to pay a minimum of INR 1,000 to Deltin Casinos for damage and cleaning charges.
  • Alcohol service is not permitted on days such as Gandhi Jayanti, Election days, or any special days designated as dry days by the government.
  • Smoking is permitted in designated areas only.
  • Management reserves the right to close the Sky Bar or any other area due to unfavorable weather conditions or private bookings. Sky Bar/Sundeck will be closed throughout the monsoon season for the safety of the guests. No refund will be processed in the event of the unavailability of any open deck due to a private function, weather conditions, or any other untoward situation.
  • Photography and videography are prohibited in restricted areas and are subject to the management's decision.
  • The cardholder's name should be on all debit and credit cards used for transactions at casinos, and the same shall be verified with the guest's authentic, government-issued identity proof that the guest must present at request.
  • Cards belonging to joint account holders and companies will not be accepted.
  • International cards are not accepted.
  • The above terms and conditions are subject to change per management's decision.

OTPC TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • OTPCs are non-cashable and are for one-time use only.
  • OTPCs will be issued in denominations of 500 and cannot be broken down into lower denominations.
  • OTPCs may be played only once. Regardless of the outcome of the game, the coupon will be collected by the dealer, except in the case of a tie or push (where applicable).
  • Roulette: OTPCs may be used only on even-chance bets (Red, Black, Even, Odd, High, Low). Further, they are restricted to the last three boxes of even-chance bets on the left-hand side of the dealer at each table. For example, on the right-hand side wheel, OTPCs may be placed only on High, Odd, or Black.
  • Mini Baccarat: OTPCs may be used only on the Player bet.
  • Blackjack: OTPCs may be used only on the initial bet. They cannot be used on side bets such as Pairs or Insurance.
  • Andar Bahar: OTPCs may be used only on the Andar bet.
  • Casino War: OTPCs may be used only on the initial bet. In the event of a tie, a cash chip is required to continue the game. OTPCs cannot be used on optional bets.
  • Dragon Tiger: OTPCs may be used either on Dragon or on Tiger, but not on both simultaneously.
  • OTPCs cannot be placed on opposite betting areas simultaneously.
  • OTPCs are not valid for Poker, Teen Patti, or any machine-based games on the gaming floor.
  • Guests are advised to check with the Gaming staff regarding usage limitations before placing OTPCs.
  • Management reserves the right to cancel or amend these terms and conditions at its discretion without prior notice.

REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

  • All bookings made through the call centre and website are non-refundable.
  • Rescheduling or cancelling is prohibited within 24 hours of the scheduled visit date.
  • A one-time date change is allowed to reschedule the visit for a future date, with an applicable difference amount payable depending on the pricing at the time of revision. Request to be placed 24 hours ahead of the scheduled date of visit
  • If the pricing for the revised booking is a lesser amount than your original booking, the remainder is not payable to the guest.
  • Cancellations due to valid medical emergencies are subject to a full refund. However, the same will be addressed after verifying the submitted documents.
  • No cancellations or refunds are allowed for bookings made for blackout dates or at special rates.
  • No cancellations, refunds, or transfers of tickets in cases of no-shows or unutilized bookings
  • Refunds will be issued to the payment method used to purchase the original tickets or packages. Once a refund request is generated, it will be processed within ten working days.
  • The refund and cancellation policy is subject to change without notice. Management's decision shall remain final.
