Terms and Conditions

  • The permissible age for entry on the casino gaming floor is 18 years. Any guest under 18 will not be allowed to enter the casino gaming floor.
  • A valid and original government photo ID, such as a voter's ID, Aadhar Card, or passport issued outside the state of Sikkim, must be presented for verification before entering Deltin Denzong Casino.
  • The dress code is formal or smart casual. Shorts, sleeveless T-shirts, flip-flops, and chappals are not permitted.
  • For any online or call centre bookings that are done post-midnight (post 12:00 a.m.) for the same day, entry into the casino will only be permitted after 3 p.m. for that day.
  • Upon making a booking with us, you agree to receive communications via WhatsApp/SMS & e-mail. These communications may include details such as your voucher and other key information.
  • The right to admission is reserved with the management.
  • Photography and videography are prohibited in restricted areas and are subject to management's decision.
  • Smoking is permitted in designated areas only.
  • The children's room is open from 5 p.m. to 5 a.m. A female guardian must be present with children under the age of 5. Entry to the children's room is on a first-come, first-served basis only and is subject to availability. Management's decision on this shall remain final.
  • Buffet timings are 07:30 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. on weekdays and 07:30 p.m. to 1:00 a.m. on weekends.
  • No alcohol will be served from mid night of 14th August to mid night of 15th August in liue of Independence Day.
  • A kirpan cannot be carried inside Deltin Casino premises. Guests can use the locker facility at the security counter (charges apply) to secure their belongings.
  • People will not be allowed entry onboard or into any Deltin Casinos in an inebriated state.
  • Management reserves the right to stop serving alcoholic beverages to guests they believe are inebriated. People in an inebriated state onboard or at any Deltin Casino will be asked to leave the premises, the discretion of which lies with the management. The concerned guest will also be liable to pay a minimum of INR 1,000 for damage and cleaning charges to Deltin Casinos.
  • Management also reserves the right to remove individuals from Deltin Casinos in cases of unruly or disruptive behaviour.
  • The cardholder's name should be on all debit and credit cards used for transactions at casinos, and the same will be verified with the guest’s authentic, government-issued identity proof that the guest must present at request.
  • Cards belonging to joint account holders and companies will not be accepted.
  • International cards are not accepted.
  • The above terms and conditions are subject to change per management's decision.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • All bookings made through the call centre and website are non-refundable.
  • Rescheduling or cancelling is prohibited within 24 hours of the scheduled visit date.
  • A one-time date change is allowed to reschedule the visit for a future date, with an applicable difference amount payable depending on the pricing at the time of revision. Request to be placed 24 hours ahead of the scheduled date of visit
  • If the pricing for the revised booking is a lesser amount than your original booking, the remainder is not payable to the guest.
  • Cancellations due to valid medical emergencies are subject to a full refund. However, the same will be addressed after verifying the submitted documents.
  • No cancellations or refunds are allowed for bookings made for blackout dates or at special rates.
  • No cancellations, refunds, or transfers of tickets in case of no-shows or unutilized bookings
  • Refunds will be issued to the payment method used to purchase the original tickets or packages. Once a refund request is generated, it will be processed within ten working days.
  • The refund and cancellation policy is subject to change without notice. Management's decision shall remain final.
