IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • Detin Zuri is open from 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. 
  • Deltin Zuri is a land-based casino in South Goa, situated at the Zuri White Sands Resort.
  • All packages have the same offerings, differing only in the brands of drinks made available to you at the bar. Therefore, you can choose a package based on your personal preference for specific alcohol brands.
  • For men, the dress code is formal or smart casual. Shorts, sleeveless T-shirts, flip-flops, and chappals are not permitted. Women can choose to dress in any appropriate evening attire.
  • Throughout the casino operating hours from 12:00 p.m. noon to 5:00 a.m., drinks and snacks are served at gaming tables to enhance your gaming experience. Orders must be placed from the tables only; direct orders from the bar are not allowed on the gaming floors.
  • At the restaurant, buffet dinner is served from 8:30 p.m. until midnight (with an extension of about 30 minutes on weekends). You can continue your drinking and snacking experience on the gaming floor once the restaurant closes.
  • There is no Children's Room facility at the casino. Entry is restricted to individuals aged 21 and above.
  • A kirpan cannot be carried inside Deltin Casinos' premises. Also, backpacks, laptop bags, and bigger-sized bags will not be allowed on board. Guests can use the locker facility at the security desk to deposit their belongings (charges apply).

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • A valid and original government photo ID should be presented for verification before entering the casino. A passport is a must for all international guests coming to Deltin Zuri, and they must furnish the same upon request.
  • The dress code is formal or smart casual. Shorts, sleeveless T-shirts, flip-flops, and chappals are not permitted.
  • For any online or call centre bookings that are done post-midnight (post 12:00 a.m.) for the same day, entry into the casino will only be permitted after 11 a.m. for that day.
  • Upon making a booking with us, you agree to receive communications via WhatsApp/SMS & e-mail. These communications may include details such as your voucher and other key information.
  • The right to admission is reserved with the management.
  • Backpacks, laptop bags, and other bags of this size or a bigger size will not be allowed. In cases where baggage must be stored, charges will be applicable as per bag size. The management's decision shall be final in this regard.
  • The permissible age for entry to the casino gaming floor is 21. Any guest under 21 will not be allowed to enter the gaming area.
  • Photography and videography are prohibited in restricted areas and are subject to management's decision.
  • Smoking is permitted in designated areas only.
  • People will not be allowed entry onboard or into any Deltin Casinos in an inebriated state.
  • Management reserves the right to stop serving alcoholic beverages to guests they believe are inebriated. People in an inebriated state onboard or at any Deltin Casino will be asked to leave the premises, the discretion of which lies with the management. The concerned guest will also be liable to pay a minimum of INR 1,000 for damage and cleaning charges to Deltin Casinos.
  • Management also reserves the right to remove individuals from Deltin Casinos in cases of unruly or disruptive behaviour.
  • The cardholder's name should be on all debit and credit cards used for transactions at casinos, and the same will be verified with the guest's authentic, government-issued identity proof that the guest must present at request.
  • Cards belonging to joint account holders and companies will not be accepted.
  • International cards are not accepted.
  • No dangerous or potentially hazardous objects, including but not limited to weapons, knives, guns, fireworks, helmets, laser devices, bottles, or musical instruments, will be allowed at Deltin Zuri
  • A kirpan cannot be carried inside Deltin Casino premises. Guests can use the locker facility at the security counter (charges apply) to secure their belongings.
  • In accordance with Government of Goa regulations, alcohol sales and serving will be suspended from 6:00 PM on May 5th until May 7th, with service resuming at 12:01 AM on May 8th. Additionally, there will be no alcohol service on June 4th, 2024.
  • The above terms and conditions are subject to change per management's decision.

REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

  • All bookings made through the call centre and website are non-refundable.
  • Rescheduling or cancelling is prohibited within 24 hours of the scheduled visit date.
  • A one-time date change is allowed to reschedule the visit for a future date, with an applicable difference amount payable depending on the pricing at the time of revision. Request to be placed 24 hours ahead of the scheduled date of visit
  • If the pricing for the revised booking is a lesser amount than your original booking, the remainder is not payable to the guest.
  • Cancellations due to valid medical emergencies are subject to a full refund. However, the same will be addressed after verification of the submitted documents. No cancellations or refunds are allowed for bookings made for blackout dates or at special rates.

  • No cancellations, refunds, or transfers of tickets in cases of no-shows or unutilized bookings
  • Refunds will be issued to the payment method used to purchase the original tickets or packages. Once a refund request is generated, it will be processed within ten working days.
  • The refund and cancellation policy is subject to change without notice. Management's decision shall remain final.
