Experience-4yrs and 7yrs

Minimum qualification=12th pass

 

Specialization-(Bakery & Confectionary/Continental/Oriental/Indian/Tandoor/Chat/South Indian)

 He/she should have good communication skill

 Chef de Partie from a good 5*hotel or top restaurant, specialized in a culinary field, flexible and multi skilled

 Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks

 Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes within his specialty

 Managing and training any demi-chef de parties or commis working with him

 Helping the sous chef and head chef to develop new dishes and menus

 Ensuring himself and his team to have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety
