Job Description

1. Monitoring & ensuring F & B service operations are running smoothly.
2. Responsible for ensuring sufficiency of manpower in the shift. Organizing duty roster of service staff.
3. Cost control, inventory, Training
4. Guest Interaction, addressing guest requirement and reaching to them.
5. Responsible for guiding the hostess, steward/stewardess
6. Responsible for ensuring sufficient operating guest supplies, beverage supplies and operating equipment.
7. Responsible for consistently implementing the service standards and operating procedures in the outlet.
8. Training and guding new joinees and briefing them about the restaurant policies.
9. Performs other duties and responsibilities assigned by immediate superior.
